Peter is a manager at Kings.
While traveling the world and living in Sydney he encountered the outstanding quality coffee you can find in many of the city’s independent coffee shops
After experiences traveling and studying, he came back to Dumfries with a determination to prove you can have vibrant coffee shops and outstanding coffee in towns like Dumfries.
Our style, interior design, and exterior design (including the lane and plant wall) are all from Peter’s mind. He is our creative manager with a passion for plants, art and making spaces you want ot hang out in all day.

Joanna
Joanna is a manager here at Kings.
While working with us for over a decade Joanna has gained a masterful knowledge of coffee and how to extract the best flavours from the beans, to make you an excellent drink in your cup – whatever your favourite coffee style is.

Davi
Davi originates in Brazil and carries his home country’s passion for good coffee. Whether his beans are from Brazil, Equador, Kenya or wherever, he’s committed to making something you’ll love.
Davi works with us several days a week while also serving as Queen of the South Team chaplain.
